Refunds & Returns

A simple, clear policy — because honest pricing means an honest returns process too.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@samriddhiclothing.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 working days with return pickup details or a shipping address (depending on your PIN code).
  3. Pack the item securely with original packaging. Take a photo of the parcel before handing it over.

3. Refund Timelines

4. Refund Method

  • UPI orders: Refunded to the original UPI source / bank account that was used for payment.
  • COD orders: Refunded via NEFT to a bank account provided by you. We will request the bank details after return acceptance.

5. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not supported through the website. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a fresh order. This keeps the process simple and traceable for both of us.

6. Items We Cannot Accept Back

  • Products that have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Items returned without original tags, labels or packaging.
  • Innerwear, socks and accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Custom or made-to-measure items.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper care.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the item. We will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order will need to follow our standard returns process upon delivery. To cancel, email info@samriddhiclothing.com with your order number as soon as possible.

9. Return Shipping

For pickup-eligible PIN codes, return shipping is complimentary on the first return per order in case of a quality issue or wrong item received. For change-of-mind returns, a small reverse-pickup fee may apply — we will inform you upfront. Where reverse pickup is not available, you may self-ship to the address we provide, and we will reimburse standard courier charges.
