Where we ship, when it arrives, and what it costs.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your PIN code at checkout. If we cannot service your PIN code, you will be notified before payment.

2. Delivery Timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines start once your order is dispatched, not from when you place it.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays / holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. You can also track your order at any time on our order tracking page using your order number.

6. Failed Deliveries / Undelivered Parcels

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available at the address or the address is incorrect, our courier partner will typically attempt re-delivery up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and we will reach out with options — either a re-attempt (additional shipping fee may apply) or a refund (less the original shipping charge).

7. Address Changes

We can update the delivery address only before your order is dispatched. Please email info@samriddhiclothing.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. Once dispatched, addresses cannot be changed in transit.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged at the door, please refuse the delivery and email us immediately with photos. If a parcel is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation after the expected window plus 5 business days), we will investigate with the courier and either resend the order or issue a full refund.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. We are working on expanding internationally — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.
