1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting samriddhiclothing.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Grievance Redressal Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
• We make reasonable efforts to display products and colours accurately. Slight variations in colour, texture or weave may occur due to natural fabric properties, photography, lighting, or your screen settings.
• Product availability is limited to stock on hand. In the rare event of a stock-out after order placement, we will refund the affected amount.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders we believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

4. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to fulfilment for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment-related issues, or suspicion of fraud. Any amounts paid will be refunded.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI via secure payment gateway (instant confirmation).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) with an additional handling fee of ₹49. Available subject to pincode serviceability.

Payment Mode is displayed and confirmed at checkout, prior to order placement, in compliance with applicable e-commerce rules.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Standard delivery in 5–9 business days across serviceable PIN codes. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. For full details refer to our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with original tags and packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return acceptance. Full details and exclusions are in our Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems;
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise duplicate Site content;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable or impair its functioning.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Samriddhi name and logo, product photographs, design, text, graphics, and source code — is the property of Samriddhi Enterprises or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.

10. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samriddhi Enterprises, its directors, employees and partners against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
